This DVD is a complete guide to the California Immunization Requirements. It provides an overview of the responsibilities of family child care providers as well as the information and resources needed to comply with this law.

Program topics include:

  • Childhood vaccine-preventable diseases
  • Assessing immunization records
  • Completing the CA Immunization Record (Blue Card)
  • Resources for providers
