AAP launches Protect Tomorrow to remind parents of the importance of immunizations.
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) launched a national educational awareness campaign Protect Tomorrow which serves to remind parents that, if left unvaccinated, infants and children are at risk for contracting infectious diseases that can lead to hospitalization and even death. Protect Tomorrow is supported by the efforts of AAP spokesperson Alanna Levine, MD, FAAP, a well-known pediatrician and parenting expert.
